Return/Exchange Policy

At Premier Mattress Direct, customer satisfaction is our priority. We understand that adjusting to a new mattress takes time. If you are unhappy with your purchase after allowing for the standard 4-week mattress break-in period, you may request an exchange within 120 days of the original purchase date under the following policy:

 

Eligibility for 120-Night Sleep Trial Mattress Comfort Exchange:

Participation in the 120-Night Sleep Trial is subject to the following terms and conditions:

-    Participation in this program is only currently available to local buyers within the Tampa Bay region, unless purchaser lives outside of the Tampa Bay area and agrees to transport mattress to our store.  

-    The mattress must be in good condition and free from stains, tears, damage from transport, or excessive wear.

-   A mattress protector must have been purchased from our store and used on the mattress for it to be eligible for exchange.

-    Mattress Comfort Exchanges are for Store Credit Only and must be for a mattress of equal or higher value.

-    After the 4-week break-in period, customers may exchange their mattress for store credit.

-    A 20% restocking fee will be applied to the return, which must be paid before processing the exchange.

-    We want you to love your new mattress! To help avoid any disappointment, please confirm the size and measurements before completing your order. Mattresses ordered in the wrong size are not eligible for a refund or for the 120-Night Sleep Trial Comfort Exchange.

 

 

For mattresses that are not in stock and are ordered directly from the manufacturer, cancellation requests made before the product arrives are subject to a 25% cancellation fee. This fee is required to cover manufacturer processing costs and shipping expenses. Once the order has been delivered or picked up by the customer, standard return/exchange policies apply.

 

Non-Returnable Items:

 

Any Delivery, setup, and disposal fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Accessories, including bed sheets, mattress protectors, pillows, robes, comforters, blankets, and mattress toppers, are not eligible for return or exchange.
