Return/Exchange Policy
At Premier Mattress Direct, customer satisfaction is our priority. We understand that adjusting to a new mattress takes time. If you are unhappy with your purchase after allowing for the standard 6-week mattress break-in period, we offer the following return/exchange policy:
Eligibility for Returns:
Returns and exchanges are only available to local buyers within the Tampa Bay region, unless purchaser lives outside of the Tampa Bay area and agrees to transport mattress to our store.
The mattress must be in good condition and free from stains, tears, damage from transport, or excessive wear.
A mattress protector must have been purchased from our store and used on the mattress for it to be eligible for exchange.
Returns/Exchanges are for Store Credit Only or for a mattress of equal or higher value:
After the 6-week break-in period, customers may exchange their mattress for store credit.
A 20% restocking fee will be applied to the return, which must be paid before processing the return/exchange.
Non-Returnable Items:
Delivery and setup fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Accessories, including mattress protectors and pillows, are not eligible for return or exchange.
